Codenames

Give one-word clues. Find your agents. Avoid the assassin.

Codenames is a team-based word deduction game where rival spymasters give clever one-word clues to help their team identify the right words on the table. Guess correctly and your team gets closer to victory. Guess badly and you may help the other team, or uncover the assassin and lose instantly.

The 2025 edition refreshes the classic game with an updated word list, new artwork, a redesigned insert, and a streamlined rulebook while keeping the same easy-to-teach party game experience.
