Change of Mind
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:
- Trading card singles
- Sealed trading card products
- Booster packs or booster boxes
- Blind boxes or other randomised products
- Food or drinks
- Gift cards
- Event tickets
- Customised, personalised or made-to-order products
Unopened and unused non-TCG merchandise may be returned within 14 days for store credit, provided it remains in its original packaging and is suitable for resale.
Store credit does not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Sale and clearance products follow the same return conditions as full-priced products.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, please contact us at support@sidequestcards.com.au.
We may request photographs, proof of purchase or return of the product so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
Where a return is required because of a confirmed product problem, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return postage.
Trading Card Singles

Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Shipping and return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Side Quest Cards complies with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under that law.
