Prices and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Orders must be paid using an available payment method at checkout. We may carry out payment verification or fraud screening before accepting or fulfilling an order.

Orders

An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not guarantee that every item can be supplied.

We may cancel, reduce or limit an order where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Incorrectly recorded or unavailable stock
  • An obvious pricing or product-listing error
  • Failed or reversed payment
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
  • Publisher or distributor restrictions
  • Automated purchasing or attempts to avoid quantity limits
  • Unusually large quantities that prevent fair customer access

If we cancel an item, any amount paid for the item will be refunded.

Customers must be legally able to enter into the transaction or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Product Information

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate.

Product packaging, promotional labels and colours may vary slightly from images without materially changing the product.

Imported products may contain cards, packaging or instructions in a language other than English. Relevant language or regional information will be stated on the product page where applicable.

Please review the product details before purchasing.

Randomised Products

Booster packs, blind boxes and similar products contain randomised contents.

Unless expressly stated, we do not guarantee any particular:

  • Card
  • Character
  • Artwork
  • Rarity
  • Treatment
  • Promotional item

Disappointment with legitimately random contents is not, by itself, a product fault.

Availability and Release Dates

Stock availability and release dates may change because of supplier allocations, publisher decisions, freight delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Preorders are subject to our Preorder Policy.

Delivery and Collection

Shipping and Click & Collect orders are governed by our:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

Returns, Events and Other Services

Website Use

You must not use our website to:

  • Commit fraud or other unlawful activity
  • Interfere with the website or its security
  • Introduce malicious code
  • Attempt to access another customer’s account
  • Scrape information or use automated purchasing tools without permission
  • Misuse promotions, discounts, quantity limits or customer accounts

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or the website.

Intellectual Property

Side Quest Cards branding, original graphics, photography, written descriptions and website content remain the property of Guild Hall Ventures Pty Ltd or their respective rights holders.

They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.

Product names, logos, characters and artwork belonging to publishers or other rights holders remain their property.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment, delivery and organised-play providers.

Those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. Side Quest Cards is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

Consumer Rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Side Quest Cards is not responsible for indirect loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when an order is placed will generally apply to that transaction.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and Australia.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from relying on consumer protections or legal rights that otherwise apply to them.
