Shipping Policy

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 business days.

Dispatch may take longer during major releases, sales, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand.

Preorders will be dispatched from their official Australian release date where stock has arrived and is available for release. Please see our Preorder Policy for further information.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or provided by a carrier are estimates only and begin after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking details will be provided where included with the selected shipping service.

If your order appears delayed, missing or damaged, please contact support@sidequestcards.com.au with your order number so we can investigate.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has begun.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible or unclaimed, we may arrange redelivery, store collection or cancellation depending on the circumstances. Additional shipping costs may apply where the issue was not caused by Side Quest Cards or the carrier.

Authority to Leave

Where authority to leave is selected, the customer accepts the additional risk associated with an unattended delivery.

This does not limit any rights where the carrier failed to follow the delivery instructions or did not properly complete the delivery.

Damaged Deliveries

Please contact us within 48 hours where possible if an order arrives visibly damaged. Keep the product, shipping packaging and labels and provide clear photographs of the damage.

Prompt notice helps us investigate the issue but does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Orders Containing Preorders

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder products will be held until all products are available.

Please place separate orders if you would like available products sent sooner. Split shipping may be arranged before dispatch where practical, with any additional shipping costs paid by the customer.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Side Quest Cards currently delivers throughout Australia.
