Click & Collect Policy

When Your Order Will Be Ready

We aim to prepare Click & Collect orders on the same day when they are placed before 5:00pm.

Orders placed after 5:00pm will generally be ready the following day.

Preparation may take longer during major releases, sales, events or unusually busy periods.

Please wait until you receive a Ready for pickup notification before travelling to the store. Your initial order confirmation does not mean the order is ready to collect.

Collecting Your Order

Please bring:

  • Your order number or confirmation email
  • The name used on the order
  • Photo identification if requested

A screenshot of the order confirmation is acceptable. We may request photo identification for high-value orders or where reasonably necessary to confirm the collector’s identity.

Collection by Another Person
Another person may collect your order on your behalf.

Please contact us before collection and provide the collector’s full name. The nominated person must bring:

  • Their photo identification
  • The order number or a copy of the confirmation email

We may decline to release an order if we cannot reasonably confirm that the collector has permission.

Holding Period

Orders will be held for 14 days after the Ready for pickup notification is sent.

If you need more time, contact us before the collection period ends. By arrangement, we may hold an order for up to 30 days.

If an order is not collected and no extension has been arranged, we may contact you, return the products to available stock and determine the appropriate next steps based on the order and payment method.

Preorders and Mixed Orders

Preorder products are not ready for collection until they have arrived and you have received a Ready for pickup notification.

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder products will be held until all items are available. Please place separate orders if you want to collect available products sooner.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
