Guild Marks Program Terms

Guild Marks are Side Quest Cards’ in-store loyalty rewards, focused primarily on participation and attendance rather than spending.

Participation in the program is subject to these terms.

Earning Guild Marks

Guild Marks may be earned by attending eligible Side Quest Cards events or completing other eligible in-store activities.

The number of Marks available will be shown in the relevant event listing or displayed in store.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Events priced under $10 do not earn Guild Marks.
  • Tickets redeemed using Guild Marks do not earn additional Marks.
  • Marks are awarded only for eligible activities attended or completed in person.
  • No-shows and late cancellations do not earn Marks.

Marks are not earned automatically on ordinary purchases unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Redeeming Guild Marks

Guild Marks may be redeemed only in store through the Side Quest Cards Guild Stash.

Available rewards may change regularly as items are redeemed, added or replaced.

Guild Marks:

  • Do not expire while the program remains active
  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be used as general store credit
  • Have no monetary value outside the program

Rewards remain subject to availability and cannot be reserved unless Side Quest Cards confirms otherwise.

Accounts and Corrections

Guild Marks are linked to the participating customer and may not be combined, sold or transferred between accounts.

Side Quest Cards may correct a balance where Marks were:

  • Awarded in error
  • Duplicated
  • Connected with a cancelled or refunded activity
  • Obtained through fraud, account misuse or manipulation of the program

We may suspend or close participation in the program where there is serious misconduct, fraud, abuse or repeated failure to follow store or event rules.

Program Changes

Side Quest Cards may update the way Guild Marks are earned or redeemed, expand the available rewards or make other reasonable changes to the program.

If the program is materially changed or discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and, where practical, allow a reasonable period for existing Marks to be redeemed.
